flow consulting gmbh and all licensed consultants submit to treating all personal data disclosed during the use of Power-Potential-Profile® confidentially and will not divulge your data to any third party.
Participation of the procedure is solely voluntary.
The participant agrees that his data which he submits via the internet questionnaire into the system will be used to formulate questions respective personal development and forwarded to the consultant.
The results of the Power-Potential-Profile® will be solely made known to the assigned consultant who has signed a non disclosure statement committing himself only to reveal the information to the participant in a personal consultation or within a seminar.
Disclosure to a third party will only be permitted if this is relevant to questions of personal development and permission is granted by the participant or is pre-arranged. Generally the participant will personally forward his information or will assign his consultant to do so.
Only licensed consultants may utilize the Power-Potential-Profile®. These consultants are published on the www.powerpotentialprofile.de website. flow consulting gmbh assures that no other consultants have or will be given access to the system.
Results are anonymized and processed for statistical purpose.
All personal information such as age, gender, nationality, line of business or position in the business are removed and clustered in large groups and inhibits re-traceability to the individual.
The data is stored on a separate server and is protected with the highest possible security measures (Linux, Apache, separate router, firewall), which protects it from access of unauthorized persons. The security software is kept to an up to date standard of technology and continuously scanned for unauthorized access. Access to the server during data entry is submitted to the https standard of security (security certificate).
