Power-Potential-Profile® for Leadership and Sales
The Power-Potential-Profile® is available in a Leadership version (application for managers and management trainees) and in the Sales version (application for sales representatives).
The modules 1 (personality) and 2 (attitude) are identical in both versions.
In the leadership version the third module 'Future Skills for Leadership' (FSL) and in the sales version 'Future Skills for Sales' (FSS) is used.
The FSL measures 7 important leadership competencies, the FSS measures 12 important sales competencies.
The measurement is conducted by self-evaluation.
External evaluation can be added up to a 360-Degree-Feedback.
